Imported seedling from Sunset Valley Orchids, USA, bred by Fred Clarke.
These will be flat, solid red minis with red flowers and bold red and yellow lips, the small plants will have good stems of 3-4 flowers. Hisako Jewel (Pot. Hisako Akatsuka x Slc. Scarlet Jewel) has really flat red flowers. Virginia Dickey (Slc. Pink Doll x Sl. Pole-Star) is used a lot in our breeding, because it’s a great breeder. It produces 2-4 well displayed bright red flowers of superior form from handsome plants that bloom twice a year. The offspring of this mating will be quick to bloom in 3” pots.
