Shipping policy

We use Australia post, parcel post for our shipping. This service comes with tracking emails for you peace of mind. We pack and send on a Monday to ensure maximum business day traveling time. For NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC and SA we pass on the cost of postage as it is calculated according to weight and destination by the Australia Post app at checkout. For our customers in WA and Tas an additional $15 per shipment is charged to cover documents and chemical treatments required for your states.
