Imported seedling from Sunset Valley Orchids, USA, bred by Fred Clarke.
Mini Blue Star (Lc. Mini Purple x Lc. Cornelia) blooms with big 5” coerulea flowers and darker coerulea lips on plants just 6-7” tall. Indigo Valentine (Lc. Indigo Love x C. Valentine) has large 5” flowers with superb, large, dark-blue lips with the plants standing 8” tall. What do we expect from this cross? Improving flower dark coeruela colour and blue lips, increasing the possibility for 3-4 blooms while keeping the plant size down to be flowering size in 4” pots. This has great potential!
