The parents of Mini Purple are (C. walkeriana x L. pumila), and this plant is a tetraploid mutation found in a large group of clones flowered in Japan. It was a real standout, with heavier substance and larger flowers with wide segments. Selfing a 4n will produce almost 100% 4n offspring with the overall quality being exceptional. This is a rare opportunity.
