These are going to be very small mini-Catts. At full maturity, Sacramento Jewel (Slc. Tangerine Jewel x Lc. Sacramento Rose) is barely 4” tall, and it has the roundest flowers. Seagulls Apricot (California Apricot x Soph. coccinea) is known for its small plant stature, just 5” tall, and the flowers are bright orange with wide petals. Everybody has space for these! Plants will stand 4” tall and begin to bloom in 3” pots. The 2.5” flowers will be dark red with fantastic round form. I liked this so much that I made it twice
Imported Seedling from Sunset Valley Orchids, USA. Picture shows the parent of this cross. The above description was written by Fred Clarke and details the expectation of this hybrid.
