Interglossa f. coerulea aquinii 'SVO' (intermedia x amethystoglossa) is a coerulea aquinii or blue-flared flower, and its breeding potential is very exciting. Awarded in Japan ‘Purple Tower’ was offered for sale by Suwada orchids, I had to get it. Six months and a hefty importation cost later, it was mine! It bloomed in the middle of August with 13 flowers coerulea and blue spotted flowers, it was spectacular! Have you ever imagined a flower with petals flared in blue and sepals peppered with darker blue spots? These are robust plants and already are showing fantastic growth. The best of these will be very special! Do NOT miss out on this one.
