Hybrid seedling plant in a 50mm tube.
Lc. Cherokee Star
Every once in a while, a hybrid comes along that has to be remade. The first batch of these was spectacular with gracefully arching stems of 5-7 starry orange flowers. Just imagine an orange-flowered L. anceps! The offspring proved to be easy growers, the plants sized up quickly and bloomed easily. This is a variant of the SVO 10134, it will be interesting to see which will be better, so you have to get each!
Imported Seedling from Sunset Valley Orchids, USA. Picture shows the parent of this cross. The above description was written by Fred Clarke and details the expectation of this hybrid.
