Barrita Orchids
Cymbidium Species Seedling L057 (wenshanense 'Large' x wenshanense '4 Spike')
Species by Scott Barrie. This plant is a single growth (approximately 12 months old) in a 50mm pot.
Description of the expectation for this plant. This large-flowered species is from a small area in the Whenshan Province of China. Reported to be extinct in the wild. The parents of this line breeding have been selected from our group of plants as the best in the group. We select for vigour and flower characteristics. Both are large flowers and carry up to 9 flowers on a spike. We have found this an easy species to grow with our hybrids.
The picture collage is of the parents of this hybrid. For more information on growing Cymbidiums please check the Resource Page of our website.
